[HTML1] French gaming outfit Ubisoft has announced its latest quarterly earnings report, giving investors the inside scoop on the company’s next-gen schedule. Speaking with shareholders on Thursday evening, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot unveiled a prospective first quarter release date for persistent-online driving title The Crew, as well as a vague late year launch window for shooter MMO The Division (both 2014). In addressing Ubisoft’s comparatively tame second quarter showing (down 42% from Q2 2012) Guillemot noted the company’s surprisingly strong back catalog sales....

On Twitter, Ubisoft PR Director Stone Chin confirmed that he has been fired from the company. In a post on TwitLonger, Chin, who has been at Ubisoft since 2011, said that the reason for his termination was that he had “failed to uphold the company’s code of conduct over the course of my career at the company.” Chin says that his management style, which “consisted of passive aggressiveness, disrespectful language to former direct reports, and giving the cold shoulder to coworkers” was to blame....

Frisch spoke to MSNBC’s Katie Phang on Saturday morning about the race in Colorado’s 3rd district, which has been much closer than many polls had predicted and could go either way. However, the Aquaman star’s attorneys have now said that her due process was violated and called on the judge to declare a mistrial—and theories on the matter are going viral on TikTok. Heard’s attorneys have filed court documents claiming that someone who had been originally summoned to serve as a juror in the trial had not appeared and was replaced by someone else....

The suit, which seeks a total of $2.25 million in damages, was filed by Rich Krezwick, a former president of Devils Arena Entertainment, the operating entity of Prudential Center.
